1. Your issue is unclear. But let me be clear that Microsoft only produces usuable software, not perfect. Your expectations may be dashed soon.
2. If its sent, then its sent. Some will not see the receiver gets the email due to email filters at the ISPs and more. Here's just a few examples:
a. Spam filters. Some ISPs silently drop email being sent if the user sends more than 50 per day. The first 50 get out. They don't notify you.
b. Our office filters. I won't tell you all the rules we use, but we drop a lot of mail from known bad domains. Also, all email is stripped to text and executables are scanned and most deleted.
c. MSN, AOL and Yahoo are having connectivity issues. There is nothing you can do when this happens but complain.

1.)How do you transfer an address list between computers and have them be completely functioning and updatable?
2.) Why doesn't it tell me that it's not sending messages? It will tell me that a message is sent but in reality it's not going out. Any ideas?
