Fujitsu Lifebook S7000 series

Nov 18, 2005 10:33AM PST

Hi,

I'm looking to buy my first notebook and after much research, am heavily leaning towards getting the Fujitsu S7020 or S7020D. Anyone mind sharing their opinions on this one? If they don't like this notebook, here are some of the criteria I am looking for:

- Light and portable notebook (i.e. around 14" and 5 lb)
- Good keyboard (i.e. I want the little windows key and the keyboard to have a similar basic layout as a normal full-sized keyboard) I only mention this because I noticed that the newer Toshiba's and the IBM's lack a windows button and on the Toshiba, the tilda button is not next to the 1 and the tab key is also very small).
- Less than $2,500
- I don't play computer games or anything extensive like that, but I still want a reliable, fast computer that can handle heavy usage (albeit mostly for email/MS Office work/chatting, and some basic photo stuff).
- Preferably high GB storage on HD, min 512MB memory

Any and all input is appreciated! Thanks!
