The Canon. It's not as if I can test those Fuji's but my Fuji had the colors on the muted side and that's been true with all the models I've used. Remember I'm not vetting my answer so wait for more replies but if I didn't do any research, didn't read any reviews and had to pick one up to take a shot, it's the Canon.
