you use, such as PowerVCR-DVD or PhotoBase (came with my scanner and was free) that works with your digital camera will be able to capture as mp3 or avi if movie files or .jpg files if still pictures. Once on your harddrive, your burner program (such as Nero or EZCD/Roxio) will be able to burn them to vcd/dvd format for you easily.

Check the programs that came with your scanner or other hardware and see if you don't already have what you need and don't realize it.

Getting the pictures captured to your harddrive is the key...I've found that most times when I've tried to burn directly from the camera to the vcd/dvd device gave me crappy results compared to having it on the harddrive first and then burning as a separate process.
