I'm on dial up and saw a link on CNET for a program that you download that would increase your surfing speed for websites by 200%. Ever since then I've been getting disconnceted from MSN and AIM literally every other minute. I uninstalled the program and continue to have the same problem. I went to tools and internet options and restored my defaults but still continue to have this annoying problem of getting disconnected from MSN and AIM. Any help would be appreciated.
