Frequent Disconnection

I am regular Dialup user have internal 56 K modem. I am frequently disconnecting from the ISP after exaclty 25 min and 11 sec . I have checked the Phone line its fine. then comes for the internet modem speed I have adjusted to 38400 bps. My ISP told me to check for MODEM fault. I changed the Modem and installed a new modem. But, still the probelm remains. Please suggest the remedy for this problem.

My PC Configuration is Below

OS:- Multipe OS system Win 2003/XP/2000 Pro/98
Intel 2.2 ghz Processor
Intel D850MV Motherboard
Hdd 120 Gb
Ram 512 MB Rambus Dram
64 Mb Riva Tnt Graphics card.
BIIs Fax Modem 56 k
Partition System NTFS and Fat32

Have you checked you dial up networking settings

Did the tech support person have you go into your control panel> dial-up networking> right click on your connection> properties> dialing, and make sure that your Enable idle disconnect and Disconnect when a connection is not needed are not needed are unchecked?
