How long have you had the computer? You may need a new processor. The processor shouldn't be doing ALL the work, that's why the RAM is there.

Ive had the computer for about 4 years now and this just started a couple days ago and has continued. Ive restarted my computer several times and have ran multiple programs to clean my registry and to Defrag my disk but nothing has worked so far.

How much RAM do you have? How do you know that your RAM is being unused? Are you using the Performance Monitor?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
