Freeeeze-up

Every few minutes when surfing puter freezes for 5-10sec,whatzup.

Puter is Dell Dim4100 P3 WinME w/512Mbsdram.Still freezes.Can't find that forum tip!

On occation,while operating in both local and internet
my System will freeze,after pressing space bar and waiting it will free up, and than a while later it will freeze again. If I re boot it will operate ok
