free translating software

I have a new girlfriend that lives in Ukranian part of russia, and she does'nt speak good english and I don't speak Ukrainian. I am looking for free software or even priced software that lets me type my letter in english and when it is sent to ukrainian,russia it translates to ukrainian so she can read my letters.. Is there such a program?? I have a HP compaq perserio XP,2 years old, and there's not a program in my pc to do this..2nd,is there software for her to do the same only in reverse??

for some type of software. I found a few but.. I don't know how good they are. They are pricy.

Here is the search I did. They are very expensive. Theyn range from $159.99 - almost $400.

It would be easier to copy and paste the information and then place it into an email. But...

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
