So downloading free is usually illegal.

But what about those sites where the site pays the distributor money and then uses advertising to help keep the song downloads free?

I'd like to see a site with chart-topping music that lets you download at least 20K, full clips of the songs.

I know of several sites like that, one of which has minimum 96kb (usually 128-192), full albums, right click and save target as songs...
