We'll need operating system, make and model, and exactly when you're seeing the error message? And are you logging in as an admin user? Are you running in a domain or is your computer setup as a home machine?

Because the error message you've listed is usually related to the Task Scheduler, if you aren't running any scheduled tasks, try opening the Task Scheduler and deleting all tasks listed there.

Or if you ARE running a task in Task Scheduler, make sure the password you use to login to the computer is also the same one running the task in Task Scheduler. You may need to change the username or password in the task that's being run or occasionally the local system is running the task instead of your specific user.. In that case, access the "Task Scheduler Service", then the "Log on" tab, then place a CHECK mark in the "This Account" section and type your username and password..

Hope this helps.
