It appears there are ways.
I realized that Aol and Yahoo email requires mobile number verification and sadly I don't have my own mobile number. Is there other free email sites without mobile number verification? Note that I'm aware of.

You should be able to use that to set up a free email account. Then use that email account for verification on other free email accounts you set up to insure you don't get a lot of spam on the first email account. Just because they ask for it doesn't mean you MUST supply a mobile number.
I only want to know which email site that requires without mobile verification and for free and don't know I can do any better
then you could get an email only account with some of the many hosting services and use that without requiring a mobile number. It's not "free" however.

You buy a domain. They usually come with a free email account.

I've never shared my mobile phone number with them, just used an alternate email account for verification purposes.
email address. it's for you protection they will contact you anytime your PW is changed and ask if it was really you that changed the PW.
I've used the free version of Netzero email for years as a backup/throw-away email service. I don't remember ever having to use a mobile telephone number to sign up. The link is below:

Hope this helps.
