Providing the name of the web site might help others avoid the problem.

My son just called me to tell me that he googled me for my address and found that I am being listed as admin for this site that is now disabled. That is my name, address and phone number but not my email. Should I be worried? What do you recommend?

I doubt they were actually affiliated with Cnet in any way since they sound like a fly-by-night company and I was unable to find the company or website listed here on Cnet. They were most likely using the logo without permission...there are no measures to prevent misuse but you can report it by clicking here.

Aside from that it looks like they either closed up shop or were shut down...when going to their website I see:

''Site Temporarily Disabled

This site has been temporarily disabled. If you are the owner of the site, please contact customer care.
''

Best of luck in resolving the matter.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
