Question

Frame TV

Aug 16, 2018 6:55PM PDT

We purchased a Samsung Frame TV about 7 months. Tonight it started to cycle through the home screen then turning itself off and back on again. We have no idea what to do. Can anyone help?

You have to unplug the power cord from both ends as well as the one connect cable, leave it unplug for 5 minutes and them plug it back, also you can try to turn on the tv and take the batteries out of the remote to determine if something is wrong with the remote.
I recommend you to call Samsung if it doesn't work

Thank you for the reply. I did unplug the TV. I also did a factory reset as well. It appeared to solve the problem... for about 5 minutes. I called Samsung and they are sending a new remote. they think it is a problem with the remote or the set box.
