FPS problems

Hello people, i wanted to ask, i have I3 4130 cpu, Palit gtx 650 1gb gpu 8gb of ram. Problem is i rerently bought gta5 and game only runs at 20 fps when i put everything of lowest settings, any ideas why ?

I had a similar GPU and could barely hit 30FPS. Shop the new 1050 GPU.

So it is becouse of gpu ? I seen several videos of that card running gta 5 at high settings at 30 fps.

Your cpu is light.
Your gpu is light.
If your running that ram in single channel that's not going to help any.

Verify you have the proper ram and it's running dual channel.
Verify you have the latest drivers for the mobo and gpu.

After too many "videos" of cards that at lightweight and claims of high settings, I don't believe such things.

There are minor changes that can help (dual channel ram) but it's a 1/4 ton truck and you want to haul a ton.

I have dual channel ram, guess i have to upgrade my gpu in near future for that game, thanks for help tho !
