HI, I have posted about this in the forum once before, and got a good answer on the difference between 720p and 1080i, yet I never really had my bruning question answered. Which is Better???
The TH-42PX500U and the TH-42PX50U (only one number different) both seem to be exactly the same, yet I dont know if one is better. These are both ''consumer'' models.
The TH-42PHD7UY and TH-42PHD8UK which are both very similar ''industrial'' models.
I need to know two things:
Firstly; Out of the Consumer and Indestrial plasmas above, which models are better?
Secondly; Which is better, the consumer models or industrial. I am going for QUALITY, (color, resolution, black preformance, and motion processing.) I am also going for PRICE and ease of use. If the image looks funny, I want to be able to adjust it! I also need speakers! I could buy extra speakers, yet if it would be cheaper to just get the consumer, I will. The tuner doesn't really bother me so much even though I would desire a HD antenna. The other most important thing is INPUTS!!! I need a tv with Coaxial, Composite, Component, S-video, maybe HDMI and DVI, and maybe VGA... However, the first four are the only ones I ''need.'' I am aware that the industrial plasma offers ''cards'' to stick in the back and add inputs, yet would it be cheaper to just get the consumer?
Thanks for your time! In the end, I just need to know which model above will give me the most for the money (and hopefully how it will!)
