found problem sp2

I thought everything was ok and remember my last post where I said I did not sign off aol while sp2 was installing. Now when I minimize aol which is working fine and open internet explorer to use like I did in the past it just gives me one of those pages cannot be displayed page. Did I mess up or is this the way it works now with sp2. Help sly

Ok I got it to work but explain it to me. I got off and thought about the new windows firewall and turned it off and then I could use internet explorer with aol minimized. I then turned it back on and tried again and everthing was still ok. Looked under the advanced tab of the firewall and saw it had added Local Area Connection in the Network Connection Settings where before there was only aol and AMI-IA56. What is AMI-IA56? Anyway the added Local Area Connection must have solved it. Was this because of the way I installed or is this just something that is suppose to happen or should I have done this some other way? Thanks sly

Found another small problem. I have aol and it uses Realplayer for the video on the Aol Video News. When I tried to view it a error pops up. After a little work found that sp2 updates Windows Media player and it takes over all file associations. Had to associate Realplayer files back to Realplayer. Now everything is fine. Thanks Sly
