Hi everyone.

This forum is having its name changed this Wednesday or Thursday, (September 19th or 20th 2007), from PC Applications and Utilities

This is to accommodate other changes in the forums which includes the addition of new forums. Here is the full note on the changes;

CNET's Download.com Product Manager and Editors will be pointing their users to the CNET forums. CNET are creating a few new forums and also renaming a few of the current forums to accommodate to the Download.com categories.

New software forums;

Audio & video software
CNET Download.com site
Digital photography & design software
Webware

Renamed forums;

Communication & Messaging ---> E-mail, chat, and VoIP
Mac apps & utilities ---> Mac software
Microsoft Office ---> Office & productivity software
PC apps & utilities ---> PC utilities
Virus & Security Alerts ---> Spyware, viruses, & security

The Download.com staff and editors will be actively participating in these forums to hopefully help not only answer questions in regards to Download.com, but also help them out with advice and suggestions.
