Best President in my lifetime, sorely missed on the national scene for awhile already.

I had a passing thought of what effect his death just before voting in November would have on the election's outcome? Any or none? He's probably the most charismatic president since Kennedy. Reagan didn't take steps backward, he always moved ahead to get the job done no matter what the odds seemed against it.

He was the greatest president of my life. We were blessed to have him. Now, God bless him.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
