formatting a micro sd card

I need to be walked through, step by step, in formatting a Samsung microSDXC USH-I 128 GB card to a FAT 32 format.

Hard to say since you gave no info about what PC or tablet.

On a PC with a slot to put it in, you'd put the card in the slot, then start Windows Explorer (or File Manager depending), then right-click the card and click format. I'm having to guess because you didn't say and I have no crystal ball. Plain

Odd idea. FAT32 was limited to 32GB by MSFT
