I have recently upgraded my Processer and hard disk and also Win98 to WinXP
I am not able now to write to RW-CD nor am I able to format any disks. All I get is a message saying 'The type of the file system is RAW. Please use the /FS switch to specify the file system you wish to use on this volume.

The same answer applies. XP does NOT come with this menu item. Your friends computer has some extra software.
