Only those that are using robots to fill in sites for reasons such as spamming or such will complain. Dismiss them with a simple my site, my rules statement and tell them to go ahead and sue.
You betcha there is no grounds for the suit.

My question concerns filling out forms on webpages and I would appreciate accurate information on the following:
When filling out forms on a web page, is it possible to detect whether or not one is using a form-filler (auto-fill, Roboform, etc.) or manually keystroking the input and recording the number of keystrokes, and if so, how is this information detected?
My second question regards the legality of (possible) detection methods. I was informed that the legality of detecting one's method of inputting information on webpages is questionable, and would violate some state laws. Is there any truth to this matter?
If anyone has accurate information on this subject, I would appreciate your reply. Thanks!
