Foreign Language Tech Support Cancer to your Computer

Nov 25, 2005 3:05PM PST

Lobbyist that get paid by the big companies to go in and tell the legislators not to do anything about technical support regulations so that technical support personnel can be understood, shut up.

It is time for our legislators to make regulations that if the company where the tech support is coming from is headquartered in the United States, than the tech support personnel must know and properly be able to communicate in English. It is part of the job description to be able to communicate. DISCRIMINATION MY FOOT!! WRONG INFORMATION FROM TECH SUPPORT PERSONNEL IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST CANCERS THAT THE COMPUTER CAN SUFFER AND IT IS LIKE SHRINKING A TUMOR SOMETIMES TO GET THE MACHINE TO WORK PROPERLY. POLICY, AGREEMENT OR NOT, IF THEY MAKE AN ERROR THAT SCREWS UP MY MACHINE, I WOULD SUE THE COMPANY FOR IT.

PEOPLE WAKE UP. LEGISALTORS, WAKE UP AS WELL!!
