Ford focus 2012 electronic

Hi, I'm having electrical issues with my Ford Focus III Turnier 1.6 TDCi 2012 95HP.

The symptoms are: no ac, no speedo (nothing in speedo-cluster works), no light in most dash lights, no power window on both left doors (no mirror adjustment etc.)

Radio works, all outside lighting works, power windows on right side works, engine starts etc.

One thing I have noticed, is that when I turn on the radio, the ac fan comes on in regular bursts, approximately 10 seconds between each burst.

The fan also gives a quick burst on startup.
I've had it at my local ford shop, and they couldn't find much. They said it was probably a break in a connection between c12 and c73. Don't know where c12 and c73 is, but they said it was from the GEM module.

I have spent months on trying to figure this out, but can't seem to find a solution.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards, David
