Please read the forum rules again. You can't ask for copies of said CD since they are not free to exchange. Microsoft has the rights here, not us.

In closing, we get (most) replacement CDs with ease. We call in, pay up (about 35 bucks) and it's shipped.

Sorry to hear your woes, and wonder why some don't have a backup copy.
