Posting "I also allow people to download some pirated goods as well (Thats where the real performance decrease comes from) and cad software." is offensive and can lead to locked posts or more.

Think about what you have done here. To use these forums you had to register with a good email address and now have admitted to piracy and more.

You have been asking a lot of questions regarding increasing performance and solving issues that the average user would not encounter in such a brief time without having the requisite knowledge to handle such incidents. I wondered why, and considered suggesting the purchase of an introductory book on Windows Vista, but left it go hoping you were just a curious new user. However, you have now admitted to not only pirating software yourself but using your computer to distribute such illegal content. I can not and will not condone such actions, nor will I support the assistance of enhancing/correcting your setup with the express purpose of committing a crime. Thus, your questions are now locked and will not be answered here. I realize this will mean your inability to receive assistance for legitimate problems, but it is the only way to avoid assisting you with actions that will enable you to continuing pirating copyrighted material.
