U GAVE ME A PICTURE OF A SOUND CARD A LINK FOR A NEW DRIVER YET I STILL DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. DO I DOWNLOAD THE DRIVER FIRST? HOW DO I REMOVE MY CARD? I TRIED AND I CANT GET IT OUT. YES U ARE VERY VAGUE.I HAVE APPRECIATED ALL THE HELP BUT I FEEL LIKE IM LEFT HANGING.....

Sometimes it helps to see if you have the right card before you install the driver.

I DID LOOK, IT IS THERE DO I NEED TO PULL OUT THE CARD SHUT DOWN START UP WHAT WHAT DO I DO HERE? I DOWNLOADED THE DRIVER BUT I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH IT.I'M NOT STUPID BUT I COULD USE A LITTLE STEP BY STEP HELP HERE....

The picture was so you could, if you wanted to see if the card the driver was for matched your sound card. It's your choice to look.

As to using the driver, the readme.txt told how. If you won't read it, then what should we do?
