The peer review process makes sense; nice to see cops and civilians working together on something. "Closure" is a much-used word, and I see it's a valuable idea.
Of course, nothing brings back the dead except ... Oh, you aren't interested. Happy

BTW I wonder if anyone's looking for Tent Girl's ex-husband. Sad
