Fonts contained in Windows 7

Are there fonts within Windows 7 Professional that can be istalled and be usable in Word Perfect and/or M$ Word? If so, how can I find them and install the ones I want?

Yes, maybe no.

Your story is incomplete and Word Perfect (WP for short) had it's own way with fonts. MS Word was same but let's keep the Word to Windows Word and not do the time warp again.

So yes. But the fact you asked means they didn't show up. There's one and one reason I see this happen in Word. Ready? The PC didn't have a printer driver installed and had no default printer.
Under that condition Windows Word shows few fonts.

Word 97

My experience is that, using Windows 7 Home Premium, I have no problem when using Word 97. The program automatically finds all of the installed Windows fonts.

I have not experimented with more recent versions of M$ Word, nor do I have Windows 7 Professional to try out.

But I do have a printer installed, and which Windows recognises.
