Try the following: 1) Check your Start-up folder in the start menu see if its listed there. If it is right click on it and choose delete. 2) If its not there: Start, run, msconfig, enter. Check the start-up tab, may have to scroll down, find it and uncheck it.

That should fix it. If that does not. Try a good old Start, Search, Files and folders and enter the name of the folder, it should find where it is, if you dont need the folder nothing in it, or its of no use, delete it. You may get an error message at boot up saying "Whatever" folder can not be found, would you like to search for it. SO I dont reccomend this as an option. The first 2 steps above should fix your problem.
