folder list order

How can I set the order of folder entries (Windows 10) according to MY preference, NOT ascending or descending order. Thanks for the help.

It's always ascending or descending, either by name or by date.

If you don't want to change the name, change the creation date via the program Attribute Changer from https://www.petges.lu, set Explorer to show the creation date and sort on that. Might work.
