A discussion about many things. Let's plow ahead and try these 2.
1. TAKE OWNERSHIP. Please read http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=Vistta+Take+Ownership
2. Junctions. Read from http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=Vista+JUNCTIONS
Junctions seem to be confusing some new owners.
I have a new laptop; it's my first time using Windows Vista (Home Premium) but I'm quite a savvy intermediate-level computer user.
Only using one login (as administrator - I've confimed this in User Accounts) but in Windows Explorer many folders (which I think I should have access to) have an arrow symbol which appears to mean restricted access. It says "Location is not available. Access is denied". One example is C:\Users\my login name\\Documents\My Pictures.
How can I undo the restriction?
Many thanks for any help.
