I have a belkin tunecast. Its not a II. Runs on AAA batteries. There has to be something better. You can hear static/fuzz during quiet spots. I haven't found a spot in the car that I don't. At my office I prop the player up next to the stereo antenna and listen that way no problems. Hope this helps.

Belkin II

I bought a generic $20 solution, and it was awful. I just bought the Belkin II, and it is a world of difference. Sure, there is static during dead spots, but that doesn't bother me. It does what I want -- plays my music clearly, loudly, and well.
