Clarification Request
Isn't this an issue with the site you are going to?

I see YouTube and others inserting ads and it's not a bug in the player.

I have been on YouTube. I am not willing to spend money on any ad blocker as I have no reason to believe they are able to do what they promise to do.

Then you have to vote by not going to said sites.

As it stands, only ad blockers such as noted and software workarounds which I can't list them all here are about all that is possible. It's a ploy to get more adverts out there and just like a TV, you see what happens next.

Ads? Pop-ups? Details?

It's all in the details....

If it's truly an ad... try Adblock Plus. It's free!

Otherwise.. see if AdwCleaner helps. It too is free!

Check Chrome's extensions to see if WebCake is installed. Or any other unfamiliar extensions.

It's in the Adobe Flash Player for anyone else that might be having a problem with these ads.
