Sometimes they have a ready answer like a setting, sometimes they check the firmware and worst case have to send a tech out. Be sure to keep it in warranty as out of warranty (OOW) tends to upset everyone.

I Just tried to watch a 3D movie with the kids on my UN75F7100 tv. The TV has a noticeable and incredibly aggravating brightness flicker. Its just over 1 year old. The kids don't like it and neither do I. Even if you pause the TV, the brightness rapidly goes bright and dim repeatedly...then stops for a few minutes and then picks up again. No eco solutions are turned on and they arent available in 3D mode anyway. We watched a 3D movie when the TV was new a year ago and did not have this problem.
Is this a BD issue or a TV issue? Sad I paid so much for this thing. I have not noticed it on regular BD or Dish but I will certainly watch for it now.
Any help in troubleshooting is appreciated.
