Under a year old, let the maker fix it for you.
Laptop: MSI GE72VR Apache Pro with a GTX 1060. Using Windows 10.
Problem: Flickering pixels across entire screen. An increase of about 2x the amount of pixels are noticeable when power supply is connected. Background on screen must be dark to see the flashing pixels. I noticed it happens less when the power cord is removed. Almost non existent when increasing the fan speed, but returns if power supply is reconnected.
Usage of laptop so far: Owned for about 2 weeks. Mostly played PUBG and Diablo 3. I keep the power supply connected for a majority of the time I am using it.
I also spent a lot of time trying to get my Elgato HD60 S to function properly. I was trying different configurations and connecting it to a monitor and running it back through the laptop. There was a lot of unplugging and plugging back in with the HDMI out on the laptop while I was experimenting with that. Not sure if that has anything to do with the issue. I see the flickering pixels only on my laptop screen, not on the monitor whatsoever.
