Flashing Warning after Log In

When I log onto my mac a box flashes really quick, Im not sure what it is, Its about 3x5 ish and it has 2 options on it one that i can read says DENY something, But it just flashes really quick then dissappears, Does anyone know what it could be or how I could figure out what it is? I got a warning about a week ago sayin I was sharing my ip address with someone could this be related?
