This I have down having uninstalled old player, now have version 16.0.0.235. Still get message to" upgrade player" to play. Info from adobe has proved useless. Even tried to run it with firewall off but no go.But I can run it on my tablet from same wi fi modem, ( but not on PC) so whats the problems and can I cure it?? Much Gratitude for help lady wife not very happy as she plays the games and is missing her candy crush badly (for which I get blame!! please help. Dave
