Question

Flash not working in Microsoft Edge

Adobe Flash Player is already enabled in my Microsoft Edge Advanced Settings. When I try to visit sites powered by Flash, I am prompted to install the Flash player. I can only successfully access these sites with IE.

Is there a registry component that needs to be enabled to cause Flash to work in Microsoft Edge?

Answer
It appears this is true.

Not all Flash sites work in Edge. You need to tell Microsoft about this.

https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2312352 tells all about it.

It's also interesting to note that this poster copied a question that's already answered there. That behavior fits with her spamming other sites in other threads.

I wasn't aware that MS Edge was an App for MacOS

I flagged it for a move to Browsers.

That would fix it.
