Flash Camcoders

I am interested in purchasing a flash based camcoder and requirements are:

As small as possible
Price range of $200-300
Good low light quality

Currently I am looking at following cameras (the prices are Amazon's):
Canon FS 100 ($280)
Sanyo Xacti CPV-E1 ($220)
Samsung SMX-F34 ($300)
JVC Everio GZ-MS100 ($300)

Could you please suggest me which one I should go for.

All have small lenses and imaging chips,

so none will have good low light quality. If that is a requirement, expect to pay 10x more. Of the 4 you list, the Canon FS100 is the only one with a mic jack - so thats my choice.
