Rant

Flarehosting server is down for more than 5 hours now

Since Earthlink bought Flarehosting, our mail server went down 3 times, and now our server is down. The support does not answer and now they are gone for the weekend?
They do not respond!
We are stuck and losing our sales and potential customers every hour!
How can a Earthlink and Flare Hosting can survive with this kind of technical support!

Just a note though. There Support Page has a link to "Service Status" and I see nothing reported there;

Your issue seems to be with Flarehosting, or Earthlink.

A small e-commerce with 22 hours web down with Earthlink

Thank you for your response to our problem.
I needed help from some one who can at least notice us losing revenue and losing our clients reputation every hour, it is getting to be almost 24 hours mark and we are still losing clients due to a down web site hosted by Earthlink.
Since I am not getting web site up, who can I contact to expedite toward the resolution?
Flarehosting Tech support does not answer the phone, nor email.
I am a very small web site commerce and do not have any expertise to up and re-start our web.
It is 9:05 am Pacific time.....Small commerce like me....what can I do......when tech support does not respond to our problem???
