Just a note though. There Support Page has a link to "Service Status" and I see nothing reported there;

Your issue seems to be with Flarehosting, or Earthlink.

Since Earthlink bought Flarehosting, our mail server went down 3 times, and now our server is down. The support does not answer and now they are gone for the weekend?
They do not respond!
We are stuck and losing our sales and potential customers every hour!
How can a Earthlink and Flare Hosting can survive with this kind of technical support!
