My "win zip self extractor" was damages or corrupted due to a virus. The virus has been removed. But when I try to unzip a file I previously could unzip. I get the message "can't create output file". Anyone have any solutions? Thanks

The software was on computer when I purchased it. I don't have a disk or anything else.
Winzip is downloadable. You could try that.
Here I'm using 7zip from http://www.7-zip.org/
