Question

Fix a sound issue on my computer?

Jun 23, 2012 12:27PM PDT

Whenever my sound card has to produce any sounds for my computer, like play music or video audio, it plays the sound through my speakers. BUT, most of the time now, I hear a popping noise along with the sound from whatever I'm doing. I've tried sever sets of speakers and headphones, and no matter which jack or speaker(s) I use, the popping persists. How do I go about fixing this? Your help will be much appreciatedHappy

I have no reason to note the old XP DMA issue since the OS is not listed.
