That is, did you go to a Gold's Gym, others and take note of the size of the facility and what they had?
And this is simple statistics. Do you remember how many samples you take to get to what possible correct answers?

Im starting a fitness center and im doing some research on the parking spaces needed. What I have will be a center to accomodate around 100-120 people and a building that is approx. 12,000 sq ft. The spaces that the borough im building in told me to have was 1 space for every 300 sq ft of the building. I feel that this is a lot and that if anyone has any factual stats that can show that I can minimize my parking for a certain amount of spots for "X" amount of people or sq ft, I would really appreciate it.
