I was given a Fitbit Charge 2 Fitness tracker to keep track of my performance readings.
Not using Windows 10 or a "Smart-Phone" - which are required to sync this little instrument with a computer - I was unable to really get full use out of it as I was unable to connect it to my laptop without the use of an additional item called a "Dongle".
Notifying Fitbit to express my displeasure for not including this little gadget, so users without Win 10 or a Smartphone would be able to get full use out of it, I received the most unexpected reply.
Not only did I receive a very personal reply, an apology for my displeasure and a promise to send me this Dongle, but they did more than I ever hoped for.
After mentioning to them that I was leaving the country (Canada) within days for Europe, they insisted to give them a mailing address for my stay in Germany, so they could forward it to there because I would never receive it here in time before leaving. This kind of dedicated service is almost unheard for in the industry for a company to make sure their customer is happy with their product. And to top it off, no money at all had been asked for this service.
I do like this Fitbit Charge 2 model, and the readings I get are very close to what I get from my other serious medical instrument.
If I could give them 10 Stars for their service and customer dedication, I would!
