Fisher-Price Recall

anybody need to return stuff?

I'm turning in some of the floppy head giggling sesame street charters and also some of the little figureens.

I've you've had limited exposure to these things you should be ok right??

What worries me a bit (well more than a bit) is we had some of teh little figureens on my 2 yr/old daughter's birthday cake as decorations.
should I worry?

Prolonged mouthing of the toys, for hours at a time over several days, could give kids a significant lead exposure. Chewing the toys could increase the exposure. Simply touching the toys is not a problem, as lead cannot be absorbed through the skin.

I typed "danger from latest toy recall because of lead paint" in Google, and there were a lot of hits.

Apparently the danger lies in a child chewing the toy, so it doesn't seem that the toys you had on the cake presented any danger.
