Question

First smart phone - how much memory should the phone have?

Mar 7, 2018 10:23PM PST

I'm heading to look at some smart phones tomorrow; this will be my first one; how much memory should the phone have; the minimum? I don't know what all I'll be doing with the phone besides making calls and sending and receiving text messages.

I won't be doing any social media on the phone; no emailing either. I'd like a camera if it has a decent one; making videos is not a priority. I plan to look at unlocked phones; phones that can work with T-Mobile and I'd like to keep the price of the phone down to no more than $200.00 USD. Feedback appreciated.

As you are not a heavy smartphone user, 3GB RAM and 32 Internal Memory option will be best suit for you. You can also try 4GB RAM and 64 Internal Memory smartphone.

So you recommend at least 3GB of RAM and 32 Internal Memory? Don't start out with 16 Internal Memory? What do you recommend about the phone's battery? Should it be removable or not? Thanks for your feedback.
