First picassa, next Google Earth for Linux

Ok so its not 1st hand but it looks like google are just testing the linux waters.

Could this mean that the windows apps we love could be soon on Linux ??? We've seen them commit to Apple so why not

Good news for Linux users even if most people wont be affected by the news.

No Google Talk, Picasa, Google Pack, Google Draw, Google Calendar, Gmail Notifier, Google Toolbar and Google Video are in no way supported on the Mac.

I have my own apps and don't really use google that much as web 2.0 (registered trademark) apps eat too much bandwidth and I cant afford it.
