But that memory test is telling us it needs repair. My last experience with HP repair resulted in a dead laptop and HP telling me they had done all they could.
See if you are inside your warranty and ask for a refund to avoid HP's repair system.
If you had upgraded the memory, try a new set of sticks from Crucial.com
Hello,
I have a HP pavillion 15 e019tx laptop with preinstalled Windows 8.1 and I accidently deleted while installing Windows 10 in a clean install.
Now I got blue screen saying page error in no page area and my laptop stops booting and starts showing me bios error (with three blink on caps lock)
I got it to a local repair shop and they said they have flashed bios and Windows was still having laggy screen and asked me to reinstall Windows.
I reset the Windows and everything was fine but then I started getting random memory errors and when I tested memory from bios menu, it failed at quick check everytime I do. Now Windows is working but giving random blue screen sometimes. I decided to install Ubuntu and still getting similar issues. Memory test is always showing failed at quick check.
