Firmware Updates for 2009 Models

This is a reminder that the firmware update for 2009 models must be installed twice when using a usb flash device or a CD update. The loader update will not be detected properly the first time around so you need to update it a second time and when advised the versions are the same do you want to coninue - click yes and reinstall the update. The version number won't change but the loader version should and this should resolve your playback issues. After installing the firmware the second time, reset your player. With no disc in the player and the power on, press and hold the ff button till the player turns off. Turn it back on, enter one for english and you're all set.
